A large portion of our clientele actively seeks lash services, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced lash tech looking to expand their career in a professional medical spa environment. We are looking for a motivated, reliable individual who is passionate about the industry, client care, and long-term growth.

Duties

• Provide high-quality lash extension services (classic, hybrid, volume preferred)

• Administer eyelash lifts/tints and brow lifts/tints

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment

• Build and retain client relationships

• Collaborate with medical spa providers and staff

• Follow all PA state licensing, sanitation, and safety regulations

• Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, dermaplaning, and other spa services

• Manage retail sales by recommending products suited to client needs and upselling services effectively

• Utilize salon software Mangomint for appointment scheduling, client records, and sales tracking

• Manage personal social media account to promote services

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Esthetician License (required)

• Lash extension certification from a recognized training program

• Minimum of 1 year hands-on lash extension experience

• Existing clientele strongly preferred

• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule

• Knowledge of lash aftercare, maintenance, and retention best practices

• Desire to grow within the practice long-term

Overview
Benesque Wellness is seeking a licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our medspa as an Aesthetic Injector. This role is ideal for a provider who is passionate about the aesthetics industry. The injector will perform injectable and aesthetic treatments while completing required medical evaluations and treatment plans. The injector must have weekend availability (Friday/Saturday 9:00-3:00). Commission opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including:

• Neurotoxins

• Dermal fillers

• Threads (preferred; training may be considered)

• HRT

• Weight loss

• Complete Good Faith Exams, consultations, and patient assessments

• Develop and document in depth treatment plans and medical orders

• Educate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and aftercare

• Laser treatments

• Microneedling

• IVs / IMs

• Other medspa services as trained

• Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation

• Follow all state regulations, protocols, and safety standards

• Deliver high-quality patient care and professional service

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted PA or NP license in Pennsylvania

• Current injector certification

• Minimum of one (1) year of hands-on injecting experience

• Established client base

• Commitment to working evenings (till 7:00), every Friday (9:00 - 3:00), and at least every other Saturday (9:00 - 3:00)

• Strong consultation, communication, and clinical skills

• Professional, polished, patient-centered demeanor

• Experience with tox, filler, lasers and microneedling

• Strong aesthetic attention to detail
